They are not available as downloads.  Simply copy/paste from the code section within the Block's post on the board.

Yep.. they both seem like good candidates for TP Modules.  So mostly, just need to wait for the module interface specs.

Thanks for the misplaced attitude.  I'm assuming you don't have Vision Care insurance, otherwise you'd have your glasses fixed.  Perhaps you could try the Thurnok's TP Blocks section?
